The purpose of this website is to help 6th-8th grade musicians who have played flute or clarinet to switch over to saxophone. This could be soprano, alto, tenor, or baritone saxophone. There are videos explaining instrument set-up/tear down/cleaning, embouchure formation, and various types of fingering charts depending on what is most helpful visually. Tone exercises and listening resources are provided to help with understanding the desired sound of the saxophone and what professional artists in the past and present have created.
